LOANED EXECUTIVE
The Loaned Executive Program is one of the most comprehensive management and leadership programs in the Concho Valley. Many of our participants have gone on to top management positions within their companies and are well-respected individuals in our community.
Each year corporations and small businesses “loan” their employees to United Way to act as community spokespersons for our Annual Campaign. They will assist in spreading our mission, and purpose within the Concho Valley and assist local businesses with their United Way employee campaigns. They participate in team building and training programs during the summer to prepare for the Annual Campaign that begins in the fall.
Each loaned executive will be assigned 1-3 companies around the Concho Valley to serve as their liaison to United Way for their employee campaign. United Way of the Concho Valley raises over 80% of our funding by utilizing payroll deductions from businesses around the Concho Valley. Once our campaign begins in August, loaned executives will help guide assigned businesses through their campaign utilizing various skills they will learn over the summer training.
