Disaster philanthropy is vital when faced with the unexpected and the Foundation has witnessed the Concho Valley respond with heartfelt generosity. When an incident occurs that is declared a disaster by a governmental official, like the mayor, county judge, governor, etc., Foundation Disaster Funds can provide support.
Need Financial Assistance:
To help the Foundation assess damages, please complete this intake form by clicking here. This information will be used along with the iSTAT damage survey to determine financial assistance for those significantly impacted.
Once all damage is assessed this form will be used for contact of financial assistance at a later date.
Damage Reporting:
United way of the Concho Valley is working with local Community Organizations Active in Disasters (COAD) groups to assist in determining need and the best way to quickly provide financial support.
When disaster strikes, individuals impacted and survivors should complete the iSTAT damage survey as quickly as possible at https://damage.tdem.texas.gov
This survey is utilized to quickly identify damage with all COAD members and coordinates the response in a disaster. Individuals impacted, survivors and volunteers can assist in completing this information for others through the iSTAT survey.
